Lesley Steiner is a natural when it comes to real estate. Her motivation comes from a genuine interest in the people she serves and a determination to help them achieve their goals. Whether the goal is renting, buying or selling an apartment in the city, Lesley tunes in immediately to her clients and customers. She listens attentively and "reads between the lines" to identify wishes that they could not quite verbalize. More importantly, she strives to turn an often hectic process into a satisfying and pleasant experience by providing professional, attentive and knowledgeable guidance to those she works with.

Originally from Long Island, Lesley has spent most of her life as a resident of Manhattan. For twenty-five years, she was in "Boutique Management" and sold high-end cosmetics and skin care products. She draws parallels between the real estate and the skin care industries in recognizing that, in both, there is a definite need, and that emotion plays a very important role. Lesley is keenly sensitive to how the choices made will affect people personally. With that in mind, she knows the city and her business well. She offers a variety of options and helps her clients to overcome any obstacle that stands in the way of their goal. In her spare time, Lesley enjoys the theater, cinema, museums and beaches.
